This is a deep dive into the classical, authentic method: rooted in lineage, built on precision, and designed to make you a teacher who actually knows what they’re doing.
At STAR. Academy we trace our practice directly back to Joseph Pilates through Romana Kryzanowska and Bob Liekens. That lineage is not decoration. It’s the reason everything we teach has a why behind it.
Over the course of this training, you will move through the full classical mat repertoire, understand the body that executes it, and develop the presence, language, and skills to guide others through it.
The training concludes with a live teaching demo. You leave with a Pilates Matwork Certification and a practice that is genuinely yours.
